I stumbled upon this post today and you're on the same track I have been on for weeks. Unfortunately, all these examples only explain how to inspect ONE static item, or even several static items.

I'm looking for a way to be able to select the Site Name, Room Name, then what was in spected (Toilet, sink, tub, etc). Imagine a property walkthrough before the tenant moves in. There will be different room names and things to inspect when it's a 1-bedroom apt versus a 4-bedroom apartment. (Bed1, bath2, etc.).

Smartsheet, unfortunately, does not like creating multiple rows of data from a single form submission. I know there are work-arounds but I haven't gotten any of them to work yet.

Does anyone have something they can share on how to make this work?

@NeilKY If you want to store the data in Smartsheet, the way to do this in an efficient manner would be to build out the form in Appsheet.

If your company has Google Workspace, you should have that included, else you can still use it but would require an additional subscription depending on usage.

    Here's an example:

I really like that solution, in fact, the inspection template there was PERFECT for what I needed. HOWEVER, :) my organization is not with Gsuite YET (I'm fixing that soon) so we can't use it. Sooooo I"m back to the smartsheet solution. Or some microsoft 365 solution maybe..

@NeilKY Google Workspace isn't required to use Appsheet, it's just that you'd have to pay for users. When you do transition to Google Workspace, then your account with the app would transition over as well so you wouldn't need to pay for users anylonger.

Also, if you have less than 10 users and don't need the notification features, you could use the app in prototype mode for free ;)

Microsoft does have PowerApps that may be an option, but I'm not super familiar that service.
