Smartsheet Dashboard Freezing after 20 minutes

We have been experiencing our dashboards freeze after 20 mins. This started beginning of November. The dashboards we are using have (in one for of another - very similar) been in place for >1 year. Has anyone else experienced this? We have not found a solution to date. Thank you all.
