I have a SmartSheet and I regularly send out update requests. When someone responds to the update request, I'm not getting the email notifying me of the update. How do I turn that on/insure that I get the emails?

Hi not sure if you can switch on/off but you could set-up a notification on the sheet to alert you to any changes by email. Have attached screenshot. Hope this helps, regards, Neil.
That'll work Neil. Thanks so much. It would be great if you could specify the action column, but it appears that only the user columns can be selected. Maybe an enhancement for the next round?

You should always be receiving the email confirmations when the update request is completed. I suggest reaching out to Support@Smartsheet.com for help.
