Help putting data in the correct column automatically

I just read back through everything, and I may be confused… You said the data was all on the same sheet, but the formulas you are using have cross sheet references. Is the source data on the same sheet as the sheet with the formulas? If it is not, which of your screenshots has the source data and which of your screenshots is the target containing the formula?

No, the formula is on another sheet (cross sheet), but the data is all on a single sheet. I hope that makes sense.
