How do I create a crew filtered by Individual, with proof function?

Hi - we are adopting Smartsheet as our Creative Services request/management tool. I need to create a view where individuals can see and update the requests that they have submitted. I was planning to use Dynamic View, but it does not have the ability to see or interact with Proofs. Any other suggestions?
