Is there a way of rolling up a contact list with multiple assignees to tasks and projects to show resource allocations

@Jas_Kalyan Can you explain a little more? Not sure I understand the request.
You can assign individuals work and check their allocations via Workload &/or Resource Management.Is that what you are looking for?

Nice to meet you! It’s a task list with the usual project start/ end dates etc and there are are approx 20 resources per line at times, same resource also could be allocated to other projects, and want to pull out a report for multiple resources to assess the resource allocation summarised by resource per person and project / tasks grouped for a given period hopefully thus clarifies the situation
