Contact support chat feature
We have an enterprise account and only just noticed this a week ago. Does anyone know when this feature was implemented and is it a live chat session or chatbot driven?

A few months ago. Starts off with a chat bot, but can direct you to a live person.

Hi @scot tupper - If you don’t get a response on this might I suggest contacting your Technical Account Manager? Personally, curiosity and pressing buttons is how I landed in T&O and trouble often…I’d press that button and see what happens or who/what you reach to query there. I would also first contact internal security/compliance to address any concerns before pressing the button, of course. 🫣
