Cannot see Smartsheet connector in Power Automate
Hi everyone,
I'm consulting for a client who cannot find the Smartsheet connector in their Power Automate environment, despite having a Power Automate Premium license.
Details:
- Client has Smartsheet license and Power Automate Premium account
- Searched for 'Smartsheet' in connectors section - not visible. Visiting this page is says "Failed to load the connector. "Please tray again."
- I can see the Smartsheet connector in my own Power Automate environment without Premium
- Verified client's Premium subscription is active in Settings - View my licenses
Has anyone experienced similar issues or know how to solve it?

If the Smartsheet connector is missing in Power Automate, ensure the client’s environment is in a region where the connector is supported and verify it’s enabled in the Admin Center. Clear the browser cache or try a different browser, and confirm the client’s Smartsheet account has API access enabled. Also, check that the client has the appropriate Power Platform role (e.g., Environment Maker) to access connectors. If the issue persists, contact Microsoft Support with details of the "Failed to load the connector" error.
