Form Submissions Showing Columns Not On Form

Good afternoon all,

My form submissions are populating columns that I did not add to my form?? Any idea how to fix this? The submissions are currently showing a bunch of rows that do not need to be shown. I hide the columns to see if that would work but it is still showing. Below is a snap of the data shown that is not needed:

@Yvonne Smythe Thank you for the info, the problem I am having though is the columns are not on my form at all but are showing up on my form submission… Any ideas?

• Have you tried recreating the form?
• Are you able to remove all fields and drag and drop them back?
• Are these helper columns in the sheet itself?

I did a test and wondered if you’ve reviewed hidden fields and the default value on the backend. They don’t show on the form but populate in the sheet.
