Email flow at row level + checkbox

Hello, new user here. Is it possible to set the notifications flow at row level? I need to send emails from Smartsheet when a check is added in a checkbox column type but only for that specific row, not for all other rows that already are checked. Currently the flow is including in the email the data for all rows that meet the trigger (which is logic), but I need this at row level, to send the email just for that specific one. Thanks!

so by selecting "when rows are changed" as a trigger it could do the trick. did you try this ? does this fit your use case ?
