Any reasons why even though I am at 100% it shows as if it is like 10% visually?
I checked the reports where it pulls and everything is set up the same way as the other bars. any suggestions?

Is it possible to show the values (on the left) that are vertical?
Seems that for each month the value is 9 which is 100% for Single ships but in May somehow 100% is 1.5.

Below you can see the vertical Axis. how can it make it so it displays from 0%-100%? I reviewed the reports that pulled the light green "Single Ship OA" and all column properties are the same.
