When a date reached Trigger, not running

Hi All, I'm hoping someone may have experienced this previously & may be able to help, I have set up a 'when a date is reached trigger' that runs every 3 months for update requests for our team in Vic, I have recently recreated this to also run for one of our teams in Qld, very same automations with just a different start date, today was meant to be the trigger date but it hasn't ran, would anyone be able to please assist me with why the automation didn't run? It was scheduled to run at 10am this morning & it didn't so I changed the automation to kick off at 11am & still nothing. The Vic one ran fine with no issues & same set up as the sheet below.     Hi @EimearC - Have you tried setting the date as 12/01/24 instead of 01/12/24 (as a system logic test)?

    I've experienced some issues with dates in Smartsheet as well. Occasionally random cells will revert to US format, and timelines sometimes reflect Pacific time. Appreciate it's not ideal, but if you can wait until it's 10am Monday in Seattle, and then see what happens.

    I'm guessing yours is like mine and all your settings are turned to local time, but apparently there are some settings in date columns that pull from Pacific Time, no matter what else.

    Like you, I've also experienced some cells working correctly, and others delayed.

    @Yvonne Smythe Hi Yvonne, thanks for responding to me, I haven't because its a date picker that you select that date from.

    @PM_Reeves Hi, thanks for responding to me, thats incredibly annoying! I couldn't wait in this instance as I have technicians waiting to input their data so I set it to run manually in this instance so I hope now that its not going to run again in a few hours.

    Do either of you know how I can find out the problem for certain to resolve it for the next quarter?

    I would log the issue in the portal for updates/support.
