If I could be an expert in anything it would be influencing and convincing people. Being better at getting people on to my side would make project management much smoother.

Within Smartsheet, likely Control Center (me too @Deena Duran!), but otherwise windsurfing for something kinesthetic (dabbled in high school), and mental realm…I'd love to wake up with native Finnish and Danish language skills - I'm doing my best in Duolingo, but it is sloooooooowwww when you don't live in country or have time for live convo practice. Jeg elsker Dansk! Hyva Suomi! Awesome question this month!

If I could become an expert in anything I would become an expert in economics so I could use better the news, make financial decisions and maybe even shape public policy.

The psychology of behavioral-driven communication. As a marketing project manager, my days involve navigating the diverse personalities of creatives, account managers, and upper management, each with their own unique communication styles and preferences—which I find fascinating—it's like corporate astrology. Mastering this area of expertise would allow me to quickly tailor my approach to each individual, fostering smoother collaboration and understanding within my team and department. It would also empower me to optimize our tools, processes, and workflows to better suit the various working styles and needs of my team and interdepartmental colleagues, driving increased efficiency and productivity. All of this with the underlying goal of enhancing my effectiveness as a leader and communicator both personally and professionally.

I would love to be an expert data analyst or data scientist. There are so many areas where this would be useful.

This is a tough question. There are many things I'd like to learn, but I'd be reluctant to say that I want to become an expert on those. Therefore, I've been looking for a topic that is foundational for human beings and the society where we live in and I found the following:
- Well-being: how to extend our health-span, which includes mental and physical wellness
- Human interactions: being able to understand and effectively communicate
- Financial education: money and wealth cannot be decoupled from our society and affect the way we live and plan for our life
I'm actually getting better at all of three, but if I have to pick one, I'd say "Human Interactions"

Hello All,
If I could become an instant expert in one topic, this is a great question. I've been told that I have a short attention span, so I would like to be an expert in, well maybe baking. It is the holidays and I would like to have some baked goods that would be tasty. Speaking of tasty I recently read an article that was talking about how mint can help your digestion if you drink it…Oh sorry about that someone was at my door. What were we talking about again?

I want to become an expert on Blueprint Builder in 2025.

If I could become an instant expert in anything it would be an expert in forensics. I find it to be the more intriguing field that has such a vast wealth of knowledge.

If it's instantly….
- Control Center for SS-related
- Advanced Finance for work-related
- Music Recording/Mixing for Fun!

I would definitely like to be an expert in learning languages. Being able to communicate effectively with anyone at any time would be so powerful.

It was my dream to become an accountant with minor in computer science. I have always loved numbers and anything computer related. These two subjects, I look at as puzzles and enjoy accepting a challenge to figure it out!

I'd love to become an instant expert in Sustainable Energy and Environmental Systems.
With the growing urgency to address climate change, I believe it's essential to understand the latest innovations and technologies in renewable energy, carbon capture, and eco-friendly infrastructure.

@Monique Odom-Stearn Being a polyglot has always appealed to me, so glad to see someone else feels the same! I also like your secondary answer of "coding" because it's in the same theme. Being able to know many different programming languages and then applying said knowledge to code effectively and create products and deploy fixes to existing software/programs is a skill I envy.
It's almost like translating a business user/client's ask where they make a general statement like "can you make it so that when I click on my profile picture, a menu with options pops out instead of it taking me to a separate page" and then being able to understand their ask while knowing exactly where/what/how to make that change. It's honestly super impressive.

In the highly regulated pharmaceutical industry, becoming an expert in the intricate field of regulatory affairs would be immensely valuable. Each country and region presents unique challenges with its own specific submission criteria, review periods, and approval timelines. Acquiring a deep, global understanding of these nuances requires a keen and strategic mindset. Mastering this area would empower me to navigate these complexities effectively, ensuring timely and successful product approvals.
