  • OK, maybe this is too close to my "November Question of the Month" answer about being obsessed with the Formula Generator, but I would like to be an expert in AI 🤖. Knowing all the correct prompts to use and all the potential use cases. That is, of course, if I wasn't able to be an expert in mind-reading. 😏

If I could become an expert I would love to be a Snopes expert. To be able to tell when people are embellishing, totally wrong, or being truthful. Doesn't matter the subject.

Historical data has been softened and the reality of truth skewed. Just give me the facts!

If I could become an instant expert in one topic, it would be playing the bass guitar. During my leisure time, I enjoy immersing myself in music, and mastering the bass guitar would allow me to deepen that passion. The bass guitar is the heartbeat of so many genres, and being able to contribute to the rhythm and groove of a piece of music would be incredibly rewarding. It would also be a great way to unwind, express creativity, and connect with others through jam sessions or performances.

Probably Bitcoin. I understand the basics of it but am far from an expert. Either that or A.I.

    Thanks,
    Sam

    Hi,

If I could become an instant expert in something, it would be Project Management Office PM or Specialist.

Yet, nothing comes easy and fast , cause there is a lot to learn on the way to becoming better at this field.

Besides other trainings and certifications needed, I hope that Smartsheet University PM coursers will help me, too.

    Happy holidays.

  • This is going to sound a bit "out there" but if I was going to become an instant expert in anything, it would actually be in breathing. Hear me out. I, for one, am a shallow breather so to be able to take full filling breathes without having to actually focus on it would help me in multiple ways! Not only does it help reduce stress but I'm a singer on the side and to have ultimate breath control would be a game changer! 😄🎶🎙️💖

If I could become an instant expert at something it would probably be a mix of coding & day trading. Yes I know that's two things but it's for a singular specific purpose. I know enough about both to be dangerous but want to get into pre-programming my trading logic/rules so my system can trade for me; but just knowing enough to be dangerous means stay away. One day I hope to find a good training on these topics.

Artificial Intelligence. First off how cool would that title be but also being on the bleeding edge of the avancement of humanity is something special!

If I could become an instant expert in one topic, it would be networking. While I’ve never been particularly comfortable with it, I recognize its immense value in building connections, learning from others, and creating opportunities. Being an expert in networking would allow me to approach it with confidence and authenticity, making it easier to engage in meaningful conversations and foster professional relationships that could drive personal and organizational growth.

If anyone has tips, I'd love to hear them. Despite my best efforts, I'm very socially awkward in large settings. 😳

If I could become an instant expert in something…. I'm going to pick gardening. I would love to have a big beautiful garden, flowers and produce alike. I have always wanted to be able to grow my own food, and, well, I just love flowers. Unfortunately, I seem to have a bit of a brown thumb.

  • If you could become an instant expert in one topic, what would it be?

Probably would have to go with Smartsheet. The more I learn, the more I want to know. If I could wake up tomorrow and know all the formulas and everything, I would be oh so grateful. I would probably sign up for every certification exam, to boot. 😉

I'll second this @kelceyg! I wish I could be an expert at gardening, but nope. My one succulent will have to do. 😅

    Wow, deep question!

I would become an instant expert in public speaking. With that comes a confidence and a tone of authority that I struggle with. Tackle a room, conquer the world. 😊

If I could become an instant expert in one topic, it would definitely be getting my son to remember to pick up after himself. 🧹 At this point, I’m considering a career in nagging—I’d be a world-class expert. I mean, I’ve given every possible reminder, from gentle suggestions to full-on theatrical performances, and yet… the socks still live in the living room. Maybe I need a degree in “Selective Memory Studies” instead!
