Dashboard/Sheet not Auto-updating

On our dashboard are multiple graphs, but 3 graphs in particular are having issues showing the most up-to-date info. The 3 graphs are linked to individual sheets that do rolling metrics via formulas. No one needs to access or change the source sheet throughout the week as the sheet is solely for metrics and just contains tables with formulas to calculate things from other sheets.

It started as 1 of the 3 graphs not updating at the start of each week. When I looked at the source sheet, all the data shows as correct, but the Save icon at the top wasn't grayed out. It looked as if the sheet hadn't saved. No one is changing anything on the sheet though, but once I click the Save icon and go back to the dashboard, it will show correctly.

I rebuilt the source/metric sheet and made a brand new graph on the dashboard, and it was working for some weeks and then it suddenly stopped working again. Then the problem spread to 2 graphs needing to be manually saved at the start of each week. Now all 3 graphs are having the same issue despite nothing having changed on any of the sheets. All I have to do is go to each individual source sheet, click save, and refresh the dashboard, but I don't want to have to do this because people need to be able to rely on the dashboard showing the most up-to-date metric data.

None of my other metric sheets have any issues. Just the ones with rolling metrics.

I can't tell why the sheets are correct but not saving. Or if this is an issue with the Dashboard.

Are you using the TODAY function anywhere in those rolling sheets?

Yes, while TODAY isn't directly in the formulas for the items showing on the graph, it is in formulas on the same sheet that feed into the formulas that do show on the graph.

The TODAY function does not automatically update on its own. Do you have something in place that automatically updates the TODAY function? If not, I'd be happy to walk you through my preferred option for that which would hopefully resolve this issue for you. If you already do though, we may need to explore some other troubleshooting.

I'm not familiar enough to know for sure if it does or does not.

The formulas that use it on this sheet are the following:

=IF([This Week]3 > WEEKNUMBER(TODAY()), YEAR(TODAY()) - 1, YEAR(TODAY()))

And [This Week]3 from above is:

=WEEKNUMBER(TODAY())

I could definitely use the help. What would your preferred option be to resolve this?
