How to clean out multiple contacts in "column properties" dropdown list
Hi there,
I am quite new to Smartsheet and recently my company would like me to clean out the retired emails (contacts). There are almost 500 contacts in the column and I need to clean out about 60 contacts. Is there a way that I can search and delete? They are random and I tried to search in "Column properties" but it won't allow me to delete after searching. I need to go over the dropdown list one by one to look for the contacts, otherwise, the "pencil" and "delete" icon won't show (Please see attachment).
If you have a better way to manage contacts in dropdown list inside "column properties", please let me know and Thanks in Advance! Angela

Hi Tomasz,
Thank you for letting me know and yes, I will post it as an Idea for new feature.
Hopefully Smartsheet can improve it.
Cheers,
Angela
