Nonprofit with multiple grants

We are a small non-profit with 6 small grants going, and I am looking for help with organizing, tracking, and budgeting. Does anyone have Templet(s) already set up for help with this? I am new to Smart Sheets and feeling a little overwhelmed, but know help is here!
