I have a similar issue - was this ever resolved?

I am attempting to embed a published sheet into a google site with a filter, and no matter what I do it doesn't seem to work. Is there a template for the embed code that is a surefire guarantee that the filter would be published along with the sheet?

If you want to apply a filter, it is best practice as of now to publish a report with the filter applied there.
