Automated emails not sending attachments

  • Just revisiting this question as I'm having the same issue. We're using SS as an issue tracker that typically includes a file at the time of creation. Then we're using automation to trigger an approval process and then once approved, triggering an email request to the person responsible for adding, editing or deleting the item. We need the row attached file sent as part of the notification email. Thanks for any assistance!

    You can select attachment as part of your required items to send via email. Are you having issues getting it to send for you? If you want to do a quick troubleshoot on a zoom, you can email me below and I can walk you through it.
