We use Track-it! for our helpdesk and looking to be able to send an email from Smartsheet to Track-it from a sheet.
I've created an intake form for our sales reps to request information, ask a question, etc. Once the request is submitted, the sheet automation will assign people and then send the alert email. The email should go to Track-it and create a ticket. However, the email isn't making it into Track-it! Is there a setting in SS that needs to be activated or would this be on the network email side?
