Inactive Form and customize the message

Hello,

We use a form to for intake of projects. During a time period, we would like to deactivate the form with a message of 'if this is an urgent request please contact leadership'. I understand how to deactivate the form, but wondering how I could display such message when customers try to access/open the form?

This is the message displayed on a deactivated form, can I customize it?

There is currently no way to customize the text of a deactivated form. You could instead remove everything from the form other than a checkbox and have your text displayed.
