Unable to copy or move rows to my destination sheet...

Help! My Destination sheet is a sheet of trouble tickets that is fed by a form. My second sheet is a list of preventative maintenance tasks. I want the maintenance tasks to copy/move to the destination sheet so that they will then become "active" but the Destination sheet will not accept any copy or move rows. I know that the destination sheet is the issue because I have copied and moved from the maintenance sheet to a third sheet as a test and there is no issue.

The error I receive is Error 502.
