Alert Automation Not Working

I've set up a workspace and configured around 20 automations so far. However, I'm encountering an issue where the Alert Automations aren't functioning as expected. While the Approval Automations trigger correctly when tested, I’m not receiving the final alert once all approvals are completed.

This issue also extends to other automations I’ve set up where the only automation is an alert. I haven’t come across any information suggesting that there’s a known issue with the alert feature. Could there be another reason why these alerts aren't being triggered?

You can always add a condition between the approval and what to do if approved. I found that has assisted in getting the correct notifications out to the right people.

I've had a similar issue, are you the one listed in the "Send to Specific People"? and if so are you the one that is Triggering the automation? I've noticed for my automations that if I am the person being alerted and the person triggering the automation the that the automation will run all sequences built in (Changing cell values, moving rows, etc.) but the alert will not be sent out to for whatever reason. However if the person being alerted is someone else other than myself when I trigger the automation alerts go out with no issues. I'm not sure if this helps in your situation but it would be nice to know whether or not this is the case globally for smartsheet.
