is there any formula to achive this kind of output? Im referring to count RFP ref duplicates

Hello @Cybsss,
I believe you will be able to achieve what your looking for with the addition of a [Auto Number] column to your set up and a formula as per below for your [helper DUPLICATE COUNT] column.
=COUNTIFS([RFP REF NO]:[RFP REF NO], [RFP REF NO]@row, [Auto Number]:[Auto Number], @cell <= [Auto Number]@row)
[Auto Number] Column:-
[helper DUPLICATE COUNT] column:
