File Library not available

Our company has an enterprise license, but am not seeing where I may see the option to add the file library for a workspace. Is there an admin setting needed to enable this? Do we need to wait until after our licenses have been renewed?

Some Smartsheet features - like File Library - are only available if your plan is on the User Subscription model. The older model doesn't have File Library. Chances are, this is the reason it doesn't show up for you. See more about the plan models here:

You will find out more information regarding the User Subscription Model in the days leading up to your plan's renewal. However if you want to discuss switching plan-types ahead of time, you can contact your company's Account Manager or Smartsheet Sales to start this conversation!
