Graph source error - but not on all dashboards
Hi I have dashboards that to my knowledge have been working glitch free for a year until today - not impacting all dashboards and in some cases impacts some but not all graphs. The table next to it is the source data so clearly not deleted and nothing has been moved. Any quick fixes?

@Stevey C I'm experiencing a similar issue - the error is isolated to certain charts on several of my dashboards.

Hey Zach - did you have any luck resolving it?
The support team gave me a list of things to work through but nothing worked .. When I try adding my data source back I'm getting the error below. It's odd as until today I have not changed anything in the reports, today I removed any non numerical column in the reports.
My system is quite complex with the reports pulling from sheets that perform calculations using data across multiple sheets most of which pull information from yet more multiple sheets … and there are a few admins so I really hope customer support can help me resolve it / identify the root cause to prevent it reoccurring.

I am getting the exact same issue with some graphs on my dashboard working but not all. Nothing has changed about the source. Same exact behavior as Steve C shows in his screenshots. They were all working early in the week of 12/9/24 and then the issue began late in the same week.

Everything has just magically returned to normal without me doing anything.

Mine just returned too without doing anything. Must have been a Smartsheet bug.
