Inquiry Regarding Purchase of Smartsheet Business Plan from Pakistan

I hope this message finds you well.

I am interested in purchasing the Smartsheet Business plan, but I have encountered an issue during the payment process. When filling out the payment details, I noticed that Pakistan is not listed in the region field, which is preventing me from completing the transaction.

Could you kindly assist me with this? Is there an alternative method available for users in Pakistan to purchase the Smartsheet Business plan, or would you be able to guide me on how to proceed with the payment?

Thanks for your enquiry! Unfortunately, Pakistani Rupee is not an accepted currency at this time - take a look here for all Accepted payment types and currencies. 

I’d recommend reaching out to our Sales team directly to discuss any alternative options.

Please confirm, if I use Smartsheet from my Pakistani account(Gmail) but use a US credit card as a payment detail, would I be able to buy a Smartsheet business plan? Then I will be easily using from Pakistan?

Hi @Khalid,

I checked our documentation and confirmed that Pakistan is not on the list of prohibited locations for accessing Smartsheet (check the article here: Smartsheet access blocked and message about Prohibited locations), so I believe using a US credit card with your gmail account will allow you to purchase a Business plan. However, I would recommend confirming this with our Sales team.
