I have a client that mandated data storage in Europe which required opening up a Europe directed account. All things appear to be working when viewing on a web page (i.e.
https://app.smartsheet.eu/browse/workapps%29.
However as soon as I log out of my MAC computer App and log back in whilst clicking on Europe Region. The screen will not allow the screen to be exanded using the "full-screen" and or via dragging out with the mouse?
The technical rep informed my that only the USA app is known to be released as a fully compatible release? Which must suggests that Europe is not enjoying the benefits of using the Smartsheet APP over logging in via a PC or MAC app?
My question of topic of discussion is:
Is Smartsheets working on a fix for the Europe app?
If so I would like to know when this might happen?
