What are the challenges and best practices for calculating total float and drag when incorporating various dependency types (FS, SS, FF, SF) in project schedules?

Hi @russel2,
I found the following related threads about the TOTALFLOAT function that might help:
- Total Float Errors
- TotalFloat with multiple phases
- TotalFloat for Non-Critical Path(s)
- Total Float Formula
- Total Float Issues
From reviewing these threads, it seems that using dependency types other than FS (Finish-to-Start) can lead to inaccurate calculations of available float - take a look at @Isaac A.'s response in this thread: Total Float Errors.
You can also take a look at the help article here: TOTALFLOAT Function.
Hope that helps!
Georgie
