Block Ability To Add Comments

I have a published sheet, which needs to remain in a published status as we need to allow non-licensed users to change a date in the Sheet Summary. However, I want to block their ability to add comments to the sheet. Is this possible? I've figured out how to hide the comments column on the left side, but they're still finding it and using it on the right side.

Unfortunately that is part of the published sheet. The only way to do this is thru Dynamic View. Then you can remove comments all together.
