Assigning people in smarsheet

Hello,

Does anyone knows why some names shows up as their name and some shows up as their email address even though I have added them in the contact?

Did You fill out both of the fields as shown below, or just the e-mail address?

Also check that You've shared the file e.g. project plan….

I did. I added them in the contact and add their names. most of them does show up as their names and that's why I'm confused why some doesn't.
