Move data from the left most cell

So I have a smart sheet that contains 4 names in a row. I need a formula that will copy the name from the first NOT blank column to the senior member column:

Grandfather	Grandmother	Father	Mother	Senior Member
Bill	Anna	Charles	Bonnie
		Robert	Mary
			Jordan

So the first row senior member would be Bill, the second would be Robert and the last would be Jordan.

Any help would be appreciated.

=INDEX(COLLECT(Grandfather@row:Mother@row, Grandfather@row:Mother@row, @cell <> ""), 1)

=INDEX(COLLECT(GrandFather@row:Mother@row, GrandFather@row:Mother@row, @cell <> ""), 1, 1)
