% Complete column not displaying as a % or calculating parent lines

I have a % complete column, with dependencies enabled, however the information is displaying as 1 rather than 100% and is not calculating the parent percentages at all. Am I missing a formula?

Check the dependency settings are using your % Complete column for the percentages.
