Document builder mapping with dashed lines
I am trying to map my information to a document using a template that I created with Illustrator and made fillable with Adobe acrobat. When I preview, there are dashed lines around the border that I can't seem to get rid of. I double checked the sizing of the document and I don't see these dashed lines in the fillable PDF created from Acrobat. Anyone know how I get rid of them?

Finally solved it after a lot of trial and error, there was a hidden layer in my illustrator file that only seemed to pop up when the document was generated in smartsheet. Deleted the layer and solved the problem. Thanks!

Hi @Laura D.
This looks to be an Adobe Acrobat setting, versus a Smartsheet Document Builder modification or setting. I found this related Community thread in the Adobe Community, here.
This is the suggested answer from that thread:
The black dotted outline box that you are seeing is an Adobe Acrobat preferences setting (for each user). If you go to Edit > Preferences > Forms and uncheck the "Show Focus Rectangle" box, you will see that your issue resolves... However... That will only effect your Acrobat interface. The users you share the file with would also have to change their Preference settings in order not to see the black outlined box.

Thank you for your reply @Genevieve P.. Unfortunately this did not work. The only way I am able to recreate the dashed lines is after the document is generated through my automated workflow. I don't see the dashed lines in acrobat, in my PDF, or even when I'm mapping the information to my PDF. It somehow only shows up once the document is generated and attached to the row. Do you have any other recommendations?
