Multiple Users in Grid

Hello. I am trying to create a tracker where there will be multiple users in a Grid sheet and everyone will be adding in a new line at random and same times.

Is there a way I can create it where people's work won't save on top each other? Or is there a live view on Smartsheet where other people can see that someone else is editing in those lines - similar to an Excel Sharepoint (image below), where you can see DT is editing line 163 and JT is on line 173? In Addition, is there an option to autosave?

Hoping someone can help me and let me know this is possible :)

Hello,

I think the new Table View option would be perfect for your needs. It allows you to see other users and has auto-save enabled; however, the view is limited to early access users only. You and your team can apply to the early adopters program (EAP, kinda like beta testing), or wait for when it is rolled out to all users. I do not know if there is an estimated date off the top of my head, but it was showcased at this year's engage in October. Here is a snippet of what it looks like:

So although you may not be able to use it currently, just be aware it is on the way.
