I have completed the Aligned Sales Professional Training and passed the exam, but I still haven't received the Sales Professional badge. Could someone help clarify why this might be the case?

    Congrats on passing the exam! We don't have the Sales Professional badge in the Community, but could you please let me know if you didn't receive the badge on Credly?

    Yes, I can confirm that I have not received the badge on Credly. For your information, the Sales Professional badge is part of the partner program.
