Workflow Subscription
Hello,
I have someone who unsubscribed from the automation workflow notification and now needs to be added back.
How can this be done?

If they unsubscribed from a specific workflow notification, you can try re-triggering the workflow to send an email. They may receive an option in the email to resubscribe.

Hi @che.rabajante ,
so the actual solution to this issue was: deleting the entire workflow and re-creating the new one.
there was no email option to re-subscribe when i re-triggered the old workflow.
