Using the same form on a different sheet.

I have a sheet that populates with information from the form that is attached to it. I want to create a new sheet for 2025 but have the same form and same form link on the new sheet so that I don't have to send out a new form link to everyone. How do I do this?

You would have to set up a move row automation from the original sheet to the 2025 sheet. Otherwise you would need a new form attached to the 2025 sheet.
