Same form link, different sheet

Hello,

For the purposes of the electronic good documenttaion practices id like to keep the same links for the forms during their life cycle. Can i keep the same link, if I use a different sheet?

I though that copy-pasting the sheet will ensure this, but it seems like that it did not.

So i guess i will have to keep using the same sheet for this purposes ?

You could use a move row automation to move rows from the original sheet to a secondary sheet based on your requirements.

yes, however; how well managed this automation process is ?

in a sense that these are critical entries i cannot have any beeing missed.

If there is any kind of issue/s with move row automation i am afraid this wont ensure that each row will be moved ( there can be 600 rows /year). unless there is a 2nd automation that will check the primary automation ?

I have never had an issue with a properly set up automation missing a row.
