Template and Workspace issues
I as PMO created a project plan and saved it as a template. Then the workspace RnD containing that template is shared with User A.
Then User A opens that template and use it to create a project plan specific to his requirement, but when saving the template, the shared workspace RnD is not shown and only Sheets and his workspaces are shown under the locations to browse.
Kindly let me know how to proceed.

The user needs at least Admin permissions to the workspace to be able to create things in that workspace.

The user has Admin permission but still the issue is not resolved Kindly let us know how to proceed. This is a blocker for our activities.

Thanks for confirming that the user has Admin permission on the workspace. Are they also a licensed user?
Would you be able to provide a screenshot of what the affected user sees when trying to save the template?
Alternatively, this will likely require investigation by our Support team, since they’ll be able to confirm the permissions of the affected user and review the affected workspace, and they can then communicate with you and/or the affected user via private channels - if you want to open a ticket, you can do so here. If you do create a support ticket, please provide the following information:
- Email address of the user who’s trying to save the template
- ID of the RnD workspace (right-click the name of the workspace in the Browse menu and select Properties)
