Compare Pre and Post Survey Results

I have a pre class survey and a post class survey. The surveys include both likert scale and fill in the blank questions. I would like to compare the data from the pre class survey to the post class survey in order to analyze and create metrics on improvement.

Any ideas on how to actualize this?

Are your surveys in different sheets? then use an Index match cross sheet formula to bring the results in the original sheet, then you can build more columns formula as you wish for your results.

You can also set up a 3rd metric sheets and similarly use index/match to bring the results in this sheet.

The survey results are all currently going into one sheet. However, we want to be able to compare the improvement from the pre class survey to the post class survey : create metrics such as; Associate noted a 12% increase in knowledge of skill from pre class survey to post class survey.

The questions are the exact same on the pre and post class survey.
