We have a QR code that our customers scan to access a 5-question form. Several of our customers are unable to access the page and are getting the following message:
Does anyone know how I can assist customers in clearing this and accessing the page without any issues?

Double check your QR code is set up properly. That URL is not for a form. It is for a published sheet, report, or dashboard.

Thank you! We've in the process of changing the URL to the one that corresponds to the forms. Hopefully that will solve this issue.
