Make notification links open in desktop app?

I use the desktop app along with Microsoft apps (Office, edge, etc.).

Is there a way to make it so when I click on Smartsheet links in emails/teams chat that it will open the desktop app vs edge?

Hi @MeganG

Yes! You will need to enable browser extensions, which will then redirect Smartsheet links to open in the Desktop App instead.

Here's more information on how to enable this, depending on your computer type: Use the Smartsheet desktop app | Smartsheet Learning Center

For example, on my Mac I would go to "Help" then "Manage Extension":
