Downloading assets attached from Brandfolder

    When an asset is attached from Brandfolder to a row in smartsheet (via the entry point in the right rail), how does one go about downloading that asset from the smartsheet row? Right now the "Download" option is grayed out. I thought if an asset was attached from Brandfolder into Smartsheet, you could then download that asset from Smartsheet like any other traditional attachment in a row or at the sheet level. Many thanks for any help/guidance on this!
