Create a form from multiple sheets

I'd like to make one form that fills out information across multiple sheets. For example, "Client info" would go to one sheet, and the "products requested" would go to another sheet. In this way, I can fill out new requests and new clients in one single form.

Overlapping info, like the "client name", would have to go in both sheets. If we could find a way to map this out, that'd be great.

Dear @Evani i hope you had a good start into the year, this should be possible can you share more info how many cells distributed to how many sheets? We could link the infromaiotn of your intake sheet into other locations (sheets)
