Why am I getting an error message when trying to create a New sheet?

    Hi @zbiconnector,

    This was a widespread issue experienced on 15th January and resolved on the same day - you can find out more about the incident here

    I have tested and confirmed I’m not seeing the issue. However, if you’re still experiencing the problem today, please reach out to our Support team and provide the IDs of any affected items (right-click the name of the item in the Browse menu and select Properties), along with your screenshot of the error message, so that they can investigate.
