Controlling the "from" user in email notifications.

Hi,

We have several sheets where a service on a tool is opened, from there, of course changes to the status, comments etc. are made. All changes to the sheets trigger a notification automation. However it doesn't seem consistent on who the email is "from". The Automation states it should be from the "triggering user", as the trigger is the change, that means the email should be from the user in the "modified by" cell, but that's not always the case, sometimes it is from me, the sheet owner. I do have conditions that prevent the "system" changes from sending notifications. (ignore cell-link@smartsheet.com seen below).

But I'm still seeing emails like the below, from "me" as the sheet owner when it should be the triggering user, as shown the tail of the email is states "changes made by Nikolas"

I had to redact some information but nothing relevant to the automation. No redaction was made to the automation logic snipped below.

Update;

Added myself to the "condition" as well as "cell-link@". Had a user modify the sheet, noted that the sheet changed "modified by" from "cell-link@smartsheet" to his email. Manually ran the automation and the update email came from me. So I'm still confused why "triggering user" isn't the "from" and I'm also confused why I can't set the email to come from the a specific cell, I though that was an option in other automations I have built.

I should mention that I changed the "send from" from "smartsheet automation" to triggering user a couple days ago, to prevent the emails coming from me as owner.
