Is there a way to apply conditional formatting in Dashboards?

Is there a way to apply conditional formatting in dashboards? Specifically looking to apply conditional formatting to pie charts. For example, I’d like anything between 10 and 19 to appear in red, and anything between 20 and 24 in green.

For dashboard graphs you can unfortunately not do conditional formatting, but you can change the colour of the items in the chart manually by setting them in the Series section of the edit pane.
