Automation not working

We have an automation set up so when we create Projects in Salesforce, it triggers our Provisioning of new workspace. The Salesforce connector is working and updating every 6 minutes, but it is not pulling in any of the new projects we are creating in Salesforce. The automation is on, everything seems set up correctly. Any ideas?

Do you have a qualifier/condition that must be met in Salesforce before it pulls in to Smartsheet? I know for ours, the project has to be at a specific stage before it pulls in to Smartsheet, then when enough columns are filled out, an automation checks a box for us to create the project in SCC.
So I would first check that there is no qualifier or condition. If you want to look further into that, I would recommend looking at this page.

Thank you Michelle! We do have conditions, but I'm 99% they are all being met by inputting fields in Salesforce. I added some time for tomorrow if you can chat then. I greatly appreciate the response and help!
