QR Code linked to SmartSheet form

I am wanting to create a QR code that links to a SmartSheet form which is simple enough when done via a 3rd party app.
However, when the scanner scans the QR code its asking for them to log in to SmartSheet.
We are using this as an enquiry form for leads, and despite having made sure the "login required" button is not selected it is still prompting the scanner to login.
Can i have the QR code just open the form link without any login required?

This requires an account to use so feel free to try a different QR generator but I just tried and my webform opened without prompted a login <https://myqrcode.com/>
I also checked to make sure my setting to require login was toggled off.
Is your webform without the QR code requiring a login, even if the setting is toggled off? If so, it may be a sys admin feature requiring additional authentication.

No get the same result if i send the link via WhatsApp, have reviewed admin settings and all seem to be set to allow the form to be shared with out a login

In the form itself, go to settings and make sure this toggle is OFF

have checked this Mark, toggle is off

I have found that this happens when the app is installed on whatever device they are scanning the QR code with. It is grabbing the form URL, but there is something on the back-end that is picking up the fact that the device has the app installed and is trying to open it up from there instead of the web. Unfortunately the only two options to stop this from happening are to make sure the device stays logged in to the app or to remove the app completely.

HI @AaronD!!
I use QR codes all the time. I'll share how I do it and then you can tell me if it worked for you or not. If it doesn't work, Lets jump on a quick 15 min call and troubleshoot!

@Joe Goetschel I don't think the issue is in creating the QR Code. The issue is that when the code is scanned, it is prompting users to sign in. This is a known challenge when accessing forms on a mobile device that has the app installed on it.

@Paul Newcome Yep correct, I showed this at the end in the walkthrough I posted.
I have also seen some folks use a QR tool that requires login as well or one that expires. Thats why I wanted to just show the whole process to just make sure nothing was missed. 🙂

Hi all,
Thanks for the help turns out it was due to the App being on the scanners phone but not logged in. Once the App was deleted the form came up with no issue.
Thanks again.
